On November 1st, the 2020 Future Entrepreneurs Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Camp project of Shanghai Customs College was successfully held in the National Demonstration Center for Economic and Management Experiment of USSTBS.
Professor Ge Yuhui, Executive Deputy director of EDP Center, Professor Fan Chongjun, director of Intelligent Engineering Research Center, and attended the training camp. Associate Professor Zhang Baoming, director of general office of EDP Center, presided over the opening ceremony of the program.
Professor Ge taught students about entrepreneurship: The core of the market is enterprise, the core of the enterprise is entrepreneur, and the core of the entrepreneur is entrepreneurship. Professor Fan gave a lecture on enterprise resource planning and management improvement. He showed the modern enterprise supply chain management and how to optimize management.
The teachers of national Economic Management Experimental Center demonstrated the operating rules of ERP sand table in detail for the training camp students. The trainees were divided into several groups, and under the guidance of the teacher, the simulated business competition was carried out. In the afternoon, under the leadership of social space entrepreneurs, the trainees conducted an entrepreneurial project exercise for different entrepreneurial scenarios, thinking about the difficulties and challenges they might face in the entrepreneurial process.
There are 45 trainees in this training camp for future entrepreneurs' innovation and entrepreneurship skills, mainly from Shanghai Customs College. The project covers entrepreneurship and cultivation, enterprise resource planning and management improvement, ERP sand table simulation of enterprise operation, entrepreneurial project exercise and other contents, aiming at cultivating the innovative spirit of college students through practice, shaping the culture of advocating entrepreneurs, and cultivating useful talents supporting China's economic development. The experiential teaching mode is adopted to enable students to understand enterprises in simulated and real-scene environments, get familiar with the basic operation process and mode of enterprises, cultivate students' management and decision-making ability, innovative thinking, communication ability and team spirit, and enhance their courage and ability to overcome difficulties.
