National Congress of recognition for model and advanced workers was solemnly held in Beijing Great Hall of the People on November 24th,2020. On behalf of the CPC Central Committee and State Council, Xi Jingping, General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, President of China, and Chairman of the Central Military Commission, delivered an important speech at the Congress, and extended warm congratulations to the national model and advanced workers who are commended, sincere greetings to the working class and the masses of people who have outstanding contributions to the reform and open as well as the socialist modernization drive. Tong Shanggao, a 2012 MBA alumnus, was entitled as the national model worker of 2020.
Tong Shanggao is a 2012 MBA alumnus, a senior engineer, the Vice President of Shanghai Triowin Co. Ltd, president of the Robotics Institute and the delegate to the 15th sessions of the Shanghai Municipal People’s Congress. He has been entitled as the 2017 Shanghai leading talent, 2018 State Council special allowances and other honorary titles.
