简介:耿秀丽,教授、博士生导师,现任上海市工程管理学会秘书长、国家商用飞机产业计量测试联盟专委会委员。主要研究方向为产品服务系统、质量管理、决策理论与方法等。承担国家自然科学基金项目2项;教育部人文社科项目1项,博士点新教师类基金项目1项;工信部民机重大课题2项;省部级课题4项;发表SCI论文及国际会议论文40余篇,出版专著1本,获得上海市科技进步奖二等奖一项,三等奖一项。

Geng Xiuli, professor and doctoral supervisor, is currently Secretary General of Shanghai Engineering Management Society and member of the Special Committee of National Commercial Aircraft Industry Metrology and Testing Alliance. Her research interests include product service system, quality management, decision theory and method, etc. She was sponsored by projects of National Natural Science Foundation, Humanities and Social science project of the Ministry of Education, Doctoral Program of the Ministry of Education, Aircraft Projects of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and provincial projects. She has published more than 40 SCI papers and international conference papers, published 1 monograph, and won a second prize and a third prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award.

摘要:新兴数字技术的迅猛发展正推动生产方式的转变,为新颖价值创造提供了机会。智能产品服务系统强调利用平台来高效地开发数字服务,整合资源和协调定制化与大规模制造在效率方面的矛盾,也强调从单独的产品或服务提供转向由物理产品和数字服务组成的系统,提供个性化的智能产品服务系统。本讲座主要介绍智能产品服务系统的发展过程及其前沿的设计方法。

The rapid development of emerging digital technologies is driving a shift in production patterns, providing opportunities for novel value creation. The smart product service system emphasizes the use of platforms to efficiently develop digital services, integrate resources and coordinate the contradiction between customization and large-scale manufacturing in terms of efficiency, and also emphasizes the shift from a separate product or service provision to a system composed of physical products and digital services to provide a personalized smart product service system. This lecture mainly introduces the development of smart product service system and its design method.
